Sam’s most popular eyeliner treatment is a lash enhancement which is simply Tattooing small dots between the lashes to make them appear thicker, this can be done as a subtle fine line or slightly thicker depending on the natural thickness of the lashes. Eyeliner tattooing can be performed on either the top or bottom lashes or both for a striking effect!
