No Shows

In the studio I operate on an appointment system. Despite reminders introduced in summer 2014, no-shows still occur, so I now require non-refundable booking fees for new clients. If you're too late or miss your appointment, the fee is forfeited. Existing clients aren't charged a booking fee, but repeated no-shows or tardiness may result in refusal of future treatments. I appreciate your understanding and respect for this policy and value your continued support.

Children

In the interest of Health and Safety and for your comfort during your treatment, I respectfully ask that you don’t bring your children or babies with you to your appointment.

Appointments

I will endeavour to accommodate all appointment requests but will never ‘squeeze you in’. All my treatments will be carried out in a commercially acceptable time frame, safely and effectively. This means that you may need to wait a few weeks before I can fit you in for your desired treatment. For more info on waiting times please check the online booking system here.

Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your treatment. I operate a prompt appointment schedule, therefore late arrival will shorten your treatment or I may not be able to honour your appointment.

Health Conditions

Please advise me of any health conditions you may have prior to booking your first appointment as this may affect your treatment options. On your first visit, you will be asked to fill in a confidential health and lifestyle questionnaire, this will allow me to tailor the treatment to your individual needs.

Aftercare

On completion of your treatment you will be given aftercare advice, this is to maximise and prolong the benefits of your treatment.  To ensure you get the best results I ask that you follow these instructions at home.
