No Shows

Here at Samantha Wade Permanent Cosmetics we run our business through an appointment system, this can mean that from time to time people will forget their appointments and fail to let us know - meaning that we stand around twiddling our thumbs wondering if you are just late or not going to turn up all together. 

Since we have introduced our appointment reminders in summer 2014 our no-shows have dramatically reduced but unfortunately it still happens, which is why we have decided to take booking fees for all new bookings. Your booking fee is non-refundable in the event you do not turn up for your booked appointment - or are too late for the appointment to go ahead.

Existing clients will not need to pay a booking fee, however in the event you are too late for your appointment time or you fail to turn up for your appointment, we reserve the right to decline to treat you in future. Unfortunately, repeat offenders will be costing the business money.

We don't like to ask you to pay for an appointment you didn’t have, however your respect, consideration and understanding would be much appreciated. Should you offer to pay for the appointment, we would be very grateful.

We hope you can understand our decision to implement this policy and as always we appreciate your loyalty and support.

Children

In the interest of Health and Safety and for your comfort during your treatment, we respectfully ask that you don’t bring your children or babies with you to your appointment.  

Appointments

We will endeavor to accommodate all appointment requests but will never ‘squeeze you in’. All our treatments will be carried out in a commercially acceptable time frame, safely and effectively. This means that you may need to wait a few weeks before we can fit you in for your desired treatment. For more info on waiting times please check the online booking system here.

Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your treatment. We operate a prompt appointment schedule, therefore late arrival will shorten your treatment or we may not be able to honour your appointment.

Health Conditions

Please advise us of any health conditions you may have prior to booking your first appointment as this may affect your treatment options. On your first visit, you will be asked to fill in a confidential health and lifestyle questionnaire, this will allow us to tailor the treatment to your individual needs.

Aftercare

On completion of your treatment you will be given aftercare advice, this is to maximise and prolong the benefits of your treatment.  To ensure you get the best results we ask that you follow these instructions at home.
